The release notes below are intended to provide descriptions of any new features, improvements, and bug fixes included in this release of Exosite’s Murano platform. Where applicable, an explanation of the user impact is provided, as well as any additional information that may be useful.
- Murano’s integration with Twilio is more powerful than ever, with this release’s added support of STUN and TURN capabilities for network traversal. This functionality is supported by Twilio’s proven Network Traversal Service, and is accessed within Murano with the Twilio.createToken() function. Read the documentation here http://docs.exosite.com/reference/services/twilio/#createtoken
- Murano’s Solution Permission Management Service (SPMS) offers robust role-based permission management with both hierarchical and non-hierarchical device grouping schemas. SPMS is available in the Murano Exchange for our Professional and Enterprise tier customers. SPMS documentation can be viewed online here - http://docs.exosite.com/reference/services/spms/
- We caught and corrected an error with the TSDB service in which writes exceeding the maximum payload size would not return an appropriate error message. With this correction now in place, write commands which contain payloads exceeding the 500kb payload size limit will receive the appropriate error status code of 400 along with a meaningful error message.
