Deleting ExoSense Instance
Before deleting your Murano Account, it is important to also delete your ExoSense Instance. You can do this in Murano. This will prevent you being billed the next month.
Deleting Murano Account
After you have fully decided to terminate your Exosite account, the first step is to log into your Murano account. Then click on the dropdown by your account email in the top right hand corner.
Click on the 'My Profile' tab, then you can click the 'Data Deletion Request' link in the bottom right corner. This will begin the deletion process in our system.
